Would you like to hone your moves, add layers, arms, and footwork, and learn a short class dance? We'll continue to work your core--abs, waist, quads, back, and gluts, as well as calves and arms. We’ll increase flexibility, decrease pain and stiffness, grow stronger, and have fun!
